Last year I was privileged to be able to attend a conference in Philadelphia for my media work. We had a limited budget for this conference, and it was important to me that I take a few of my co-workers with me, so we found an AirBnB near the convention center to stay at for cheaper than the hotel prices. It was pretty early in my life that I decided I wanted to make games. I didn’t really know anything about making games, but I loved the way they layered story, puzzles, and exploration into a single package that also gave you the feeling of adventure and progress.
